Oliver is working to drive data into action as part of our Global Clean Air initiative. He collaborates across a multi-disciplinary team that includes scientists, analysts and communications specialists and is responsible for setting and guiding the strategy to achieve our clean air policy goals. This includes evaluating the data and insights of our innovative Breathe London project and working with colleagues and external partners to identify solutions, whilst leveraging momentum through effective campaigns. Prior to joining Environmental Defense Fund Europe, Oliver had a track record of delivering air quality policy and campaigns for the Mayor of London with a focus on reducing harmful emissions from vehicles, including London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone and diesel emissions strategy.
