Expertise: Policy communications, science communication, sustainability

Background: Silke leads communications for EDF Europe, where she shapes how the organisation shows up in Europe's climate and energy policy debate - turning rigorous science, policy and economics into arguments that move decision-makers, business leaders and civil society. She's especially focused on helping EDF's experts build distinctive, credible public voices, and on connecting the scientific case for climate action to the policy moments where it counts.

She brings more than a decade of communications experience across the non-profit and private sectors, including science communication with UNICEF and leading global social media campaigns for the UN World Food Programme.
