Background:

Foteini (she/her) is a Methane Research Analyst working in the Office of the Chief Scientist as part of the Environmental Defense Fund Europe team. Her current research focuses on collecting and analysing data to support the characterisation of methane emissions from global oil and gas infrastructure. Foteini holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, and a M.Sc. in Climate Physics from the Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She speaks Greek (native), English, some French, and Dutch.
